Nursing Visits
Skilled assessment, planning, monitoring
and evaluation of patient’s physical needs, as
well as medications and treatment prescribed by physicians.
Also includes supervision and evaluation of all home
attendants.
Personal
Care & Home Health-Aide
Services
Assistance with personal hygiene and activities of daily
living (bathing, meal preparation, feeding, cleaning,
laundry, grocery shopping and trips to physicians’
offices or for treatments.) Also includes patient/family
education and knowledge of medical supplies and equipment.
Homemaking & Companion
Services
Friendship and emotional support. Also includes shopping,
meal preparation, light housekeeping and fulfilling
other personal needs.
