Skilled assessment, planning, monitoring and evaluation of patient’s physical needs, as well as medications and treatment prescribed by physicians. Also includes supervision and evaluation of all home attendants.

 

• Personal Care & Home Health-Aide Services Assistance with personal hygiene and activities of daily living (bathing, meal preparation, feeding, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping and trips to physicians’ offices or for treatments.) Also includes patient/family education and knowledge of medical supplies and equipment.

 

• Homemaking & Companion Services

Friendship and emotional support. Also includes shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping and fulfilling other personal needs.
