(TCHNS)—a fully
licensed, insured, and bonded home healthcare agency—offers
people who cannot fully care for themselves, an alternative
to placement in a health related or skilled nursing
facility.
For more than 30 years, we have provided our patients
and their families with personalized
services tailored to foster healing and nurture peace
of mind in the comfort and familiar surroundings of
their own homes. Our goal
is to help our patients maintain the highest level of
health, functioning and comfort, avoid expensive hospitalizations
and nursing home placement, and remain at home as long
as possible.

Tri-County Home Nursing Services, Inc.
is a proprietary Home Health Care Agency, established
under the laws of the State of New York, for the purpose
of participating in the delivery of comprehensive home
health services to the elderly homebound, geriatric,
convalescent, chronic and terminally-ill patient/client
in their home environment.

Our Philosophy |
Tri-County Home Nursing Services, Inc. believes
in the concept that enjoyment of the highest attainable
standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of
every human being; without the distinction of race, religion,
political view, economic, or social condition. Therefore,
the personnel of Tri-County Home Nursing Services, Inc.
are committed to providing high quality health care services
and to promoting maximal physical, mental and social conditions
in the client/family.
The administration of Tri-County Home Nursing Services,
Inc. believes in accountability to the client/patient,
family and community. The autonomy of the client/patient,
and family to make decisions, affecting their future
health will be represented. The staff of Tri-County
Home Nursing Services, Inc. will utilize the interdisciplinary
approach in providing services and work cooperatively
with other health care and community organizations,
in the delivery of comprehensive home care services.
Tri-County Home Nursing Services, Inc. administration
believes it is their responsibility to employ persons

agency has the responsibility of employing and retaining
staff that are current in their knowledge, application,
and conceptualization of professional practice. The
