Our goal is to help our patients maintain the highest
level of health, functioning and comfort, avoid expensive
hospitalizations and nursing home placement, and remain at
home as long as possible.
Our Purpose
Tri-County Home Nursing Services, Inc. is a proprietary Home Health Care Agency established under the laws of the State of New York, for the purpose of participating in the delivery of comprehensive home health services to the elderly, chronic and terminally-ill, and special needs participants within their home environment and the community.

Our Philosophy
Tri-County Home Nursing Services, Inc. believes

The administration of Tri-County Home Nursing Services, Inc.

community. The autonomy of the client/patient, and family
to make decisions, affecting their future health will be represented.
The staff of Tri-County Home Nursing Services, Inc. will utilize
the interdisciplinary approach in providing services and work
cooperatively with other health care and community organizations,
in the delivery of comprehensive home care services.
Tri-County Home Nursing Services, Inc. administration believes
